Where we deliver
Anywhere in Nepal. Inside the Kathmandu Valley we use our own rider or a valley courier; everywhere else goes by courier from Janakpur.
What delivery costs

- Everywhere else in Nepal — Rs. 150
- Free delivery on every order above Rs. 2,000
The free-delivery threshold is checked against your basket before any coupon is applied, so a discount never costs you the free delivery you had already earned.
How long it takes
- Kathmandu Valley — 4–5 working days
- Rest of Nepal — 3–5 working days
We dispatch Sunday to Friday. Orders placed after 15:00 go out the next dispatch day. Saturdays are not counted in any delivery estimate, because nothing moves that day. Public holidays and the Dashain and Tihar weeks add a few days — we say so on the site when they do.
Cash on Delivery
Available across Nepal with a Rs. 50 handling fee, up to an order value of Rs. 15,000. Above that we ask for online payment. We may send a six-digit code to your mobile before confirming a COD order — it takes a second and it stops fake orders from wasting a real parcel.
If nobody is in
The courier calls the number on the order before delivering. If they cannot reach you they try again the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and we call you to arrange it — nothing is thrown away and nothing is charged twice.
Damaged in transit
Glass travels. If a jar arrives cracked or leaking, photograph it and tell us within 48 hours — we replace it in the next dispatch or refund it, whichever you prefer. See returns & refunds.
Tracking
Every order gets an order number by SMS. Use it with your mobile number on the tracking page at any time.
